Technical specification | The 6801 model is a zirconium oxide probe heated by the process, able to measure the concentration of oxygen present in the gas of combustion starting at 600°C, up to very high temperatures (1250°C). Heated by the process means that the probe uses fumes Hot as an element to heat the sensor and reach the typical operating temperature, necessary for the measurement principle some zirconium oxides can work. For this reason, the minimum process temperature must not be lower than 600°C. With this technology, it is possible to eliminate any system of integrated thermostat, making the probe more reliable and economic. Main characteristics of the probe: • Sensor and CT housed inside the probe • Inner tube in special sintered alumina • Flanged external tube for installation and protection in special alumina sintered (optional) • Application of a special filter on the internal electrode to protect the sensor (optional) • Possibility to recondition the two platinum electrodes in order to reduce drastically the repair costs. • Need for a minimum reference flow (with air tools) • 1/8” F IN for reference air and calibration on the butt fusion. • Possibility to carry out the calibration check directly on site without removing the probe from its working position |
